inspirations Paris the city, its people, architecture (past, present, and future), streets, and of course way of living. This city is a constant source of inspirations. We want our collections to be a reflection of what we think is the french „art de vivre“.
crucial steps My beginning in the company more than 10 year ago. My first collection 5 year ago. Since August 2008, I´m in charge of the artistic direction of the brand.
notes The values of our brand are closely related to the way my parents created and developped the company. Style and Quality are 2 words which are very important to us.
collections We are creating 2 collection per year, Spring/ Summer and Autum/ Winter, for each new collection we are piecing together what we want to do, and what we think the trends will be in 6 months. We have a very large collection, with frames for babies, kids, adults, in optic and sunglasses, from the young urbans to the retro look fans.
This diversity is really important for us. Doing a very expensive frame can be a lot easier than creating an affordable stylish acetate frame.
news mido For this Mido we work specifically on our ISSY LA segment. We will present 32 new references. This collection is created for the young urbans people who our looking for affordable designer frames. Agressive price positionning but with all the quality, style, and colour of a Lafont frame.
2 weeks after we will present in New York for the Vision Expo East, 42 new retro references from our Lafont Réédition Segment.
